Can I change or cancel my order once the order is confirmed?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order before you submit the payment. Once payment received, we will send your order as soon as possible. Request to change or cancel after payment made is not accepted as the item may have been sent already.
Why would my order be cancelled when I prepare to pay for it?
Your order will be cancelled if we could not confirm your payment in 7 days after the order was placed. If you need to postpone payment, please notify us via email.
How do I check my order status?
Once we have dispatched your order, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address, or you may find the tracking information from “My account”.
